For whom we have to pray?
The traditional Nameste Prayer Posture will indicate to us for whom we have to pray?
- While praying the thumb finger which is nearer to our heart indicates to us, pray for those who found a place in your heart.
- Next the index finger indicates pray for people who have helped you giving a direction and helped you in your life, like your teachers, Friends and Well Wishers, Strangers.
- Then the tallest finger, pray for the great people, the leaders, the good business people, the elders, everyone who works for the welfare of others.
- Next is the weakest ring finger, pray for the unfortunate people.
- Last is the small finger, insignificant representing us, Pray for God's grace to lift us spiritually, asking for mental, physical and spiritual health.
